Maybe Sharck isn't aware that another famous SI personality recently had to write a large check at a judge's direction for defamation and harassment, after a case he was sure he would win. The courts are finally taking bashers to task when the facts aren't behind them.

Paul, sorry to read you're being threatened, harassed and intimidated. I would imagine it's put you under a great deal of stress, probably affecting your job performance at this point. It's actually quite a shame, would all have been private if someone had not initiated it over here .... and made it a public source of amusement. Actually, it was all blown over about half an hour after it happened ... and here it is almost a week later. ATC people are just trying to make a few $$$, nobody's got time for this child's play. Hopefully, when all is said and done, it all goes where it should have in the first place ... away !! J
