I thought that ACTV was a "partner" in the WOWTV venture. Looks like they are merely supplying consulting services to WOWTV. Can someone clarify this point? Stock price continues to collapse. All time low support busted at $1.25 now struggling to hold $1.16. All we need are a few nervous sellers and any support is history. This is now in line with general market tone. Will NASDAQ support at 1450 hold? Buffets comments about a nuclear attack on the US has really pitched a monkey wrench (I guess he is an opportunist and probably has plenty of cash stashed away) IBM, MFST, INTC & CSCO all look horrible. Take a hard look at IBM it has taken out $80 support and has swan dived off a cliff.

All of this is not good news for IATV in a bear market. Assume that cash burn continues at $12M for next three quarters then cash is appox $75M minus $36M for a total of $39M or .70 cents per share. This puts (in my humble opinion) IATV into the sub par $1.00 range and relegation to the Bulletin Board. Wouldn't it be nice to see management step up to the plate, mortgage their assets and high salaries and buy a few shares.
