Leverage is a sweet thing as long as your investments are going your way.

I'm guessing the way government measures inflation, if you pay 2 cents less for a dozen eggs, and you pay $100 less for a Dell computer, but you pay $100,000.00 more for a house there is no inflation.

More government math:

No inflation? How about 1.85 for a gallon of premium gas in Chicago. Loved the indignation of the oil company execs at the Senate hearings. Here's more government mathematics....You steal $45 bucks from the 7-11 and you're going to jail. You steal $1,000,000,000's from the taxpaying/investing public you get a slap on the wrist in a Senate hearing and then you go out and buy a 25,000 sq. foot mansion in the best part of town and drive a new Mercedes S500 around.
