To be as clear as possible, UMTS is not WCDMA. WCDMA is a subset of UMTS; a year from now that may or may not (;^>) be the case.

So, if it had nothing to do with WCDMA, what kind of system did Siemens install on the Isle of Man? Was it WiFi?
