The problem is, no one is factoring in risk to the equation.

You think terrorism is over, you think people can take on more debt, you think that housing is not in a bubble and can go higher, you think interest rates can go lower, you think the FED can just keep printing more money and growing M3, you think our trade deficit can ballon more and more, you think we can add more to the already insane amount of derivatives, you think we are not running out of oil as this is not a renewable commodity, you think Muslims are just going to stop their campaign to wipe out Christians..........

It is all about risk models
