That's a good point itsallover, that would be the signal for me, typical bear market bottom valuations. AND, when these insiders quit dumping into the pump, and start buying back their stocks because they believe they're undervalued.

Valuations will improve as earnings recover later this year Q4 and in 2003/2004. We won't experience another screaming bull market for a long time, perhaps decades, but I think the bear will be put to rest by the end of this year and sub 1000 NAZ won't happen. ~JMHO~
