OAKT Another one of those low float tech companies with a sole technology focus that you like to trade. What do think about AMGN/IMNX. AMGN is at 52 W low. It is biotechs version of JDSU/SDLI implosion. PS we are base forming since money managers have awaited at least 2-3 weeks to deploy 401K money.

(SBYN) Chairman Raymond Lane bought 1.1 million shares of the company's common stock in April, according to a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Lane acquired the shares between April 25 and Tuesday for $3.4078 to $3.697 a share, the filing said. At the end of the month, he directly held 3.3 million common shares and indirectly held 1.4 million. Shares of SeeBeyond closed Wednesday at $3.14.
