Based on the way the markets have been moving, I'm thinking this is capitulation, but that depends on which side you're on. I'm not bullish, but the bearishness in the market is overdone (much as the bullishness had been).

Markets that act the way this one has are trying to find a direction. I happen to think that direction is up - though not at a 10%+ clip. Probably not even 5%+.
Bears (still plenty out there, which is why I don't think it will continue too much longer) probably think the worst is yet to come.

Play it either way, but make a play. That's the way I see it. ORCL is a good buy, unless they are holding something back. Every time someone has said they were, they weren't. I don't think anything has changed here. Considering selling the June 10 puts. Should be able to pocket the premium....
