Quantum effects resolve themselves within black boxes, as well as within measuring equipment. The one really special thing that happens when something is measured is that the future passes through the present to become the past. That is when quanta are resolved. The thing is, you can take the measurement out and they still pass through the present to become the immutable past. TP
