Thanks Volt.

I had my wife pick up a little bit of that Selenium today.
They are 100 mcg each. I guess I'll take two a day.

I also got L-Lysine. 500 mcg each.

My multivitamin has a lot of minerals thrown in with small
mcg amounts.

It has 120 mcg of chromium.

...and a few others.

I also have a big choker sized vitamin C pill that I had
been forgetting to take. That explains why I have this
terrible cold right now...

Thanks for the help.
Any other suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated.

I was talking to a gentleman the other day who was telling
about the stuff he takes.
His products were fairly expensive and I wasn't sure if it
was a gimmick or scam or something.

He drives an oil truck. Works outside on the coldest NY
winter days. He never misses a day of work. Never sick.

And I nearly fell over when he told me he was 65. Looked
at least 10 years younger than that. I thought he was in
his mid 50's at least.

The stuff he gets has some sort of name brands that I've
heard before.
"Ester C", "Liverall", and a few others...

I just figured I'd be able to find less expensive versions
perhaps. But then again perhaps they are worth the high
premium. I don't know. I'm still doing DD on it.

Funny, i read the other day that too much selenium in one's diet causes the ball to draw too much. Hmmm.........
