They are in default with a bunch of their covenants due to their low stock price

I bought some WCOM down here for a trade. I think the extreme price drop is because institutions are dumping it wholesale due to enronitis. Similar to what they did to Mirant a few weeks ago. I think WCOM will not go bankrupt for at least another year and they may avoid bankruptcy altogether. Plenty of bounces between now and then.

I am aware of no covenant violations. What am I missing? Can you point me to where you read about these violations? All the articles I read about them in the last few days state that there is no danger of default in the next year or so. Their bonds were actually up today.
