hmmm...I know this is where the dissonance is centered Chris.

When someone sets personal boundaries it is not an act of giving for other people to respect those boundaries, it is an obligation. There is no equitable return for not violating someone's personal boundaries. There is no reason that I should expect something from others except the same level of obligation to respect personal boundaries. I don't hand out 20 dollars to everyone at the bus stop who doesn't call me names. They don't have a right to get anything from me for not violating my boundaries.

You have requested access to SMBR (a getting of something) in exchange for not violating Poets personal boundaries. There is no giving on your part so there is no equitable getting that should be assumed by you. This is what many people who used to see you as a friend have been trying to get across to you. This was termed as blackmail (a pretty strong term) by someone.

Clearly you did not buy into this many months ago when this conflict first arose and became practically the only topic that could be discussed on this thread. Many people found resolution based on something like the above. We wanted a boxing ring topical thread that could move on to other topics. It couldn't happen here because of your refusal to accept the resolution(s) proposed. So a new thread the SMBR was started to provide that opportunity. You could stay here and continue if others wanted to persue this subject, or to end it and move on. After several months this thread has died because you haven't moved on and so you want to go to the thread that was created as an alternative. It is not reasonable or rational to expect the rest of us to buy into that.

I hope this makes sense to you. It is really what is at the heart of the conflict you have with the rest of us.
