They do not have to. They have the best military equipment that the American and European taxpayer can buy? The Isra-Elis use their resources in a different way to break IOnternational Law. They build settlements, harass the populace, restrict water, building permits, transportation, and jobs, which incites others to do violence which they can use to further crush the populace. Perception is everything when folks are not paying attention and thinking about the evolution of the conflict.
