if he wanted cushy treatment, he should have helped fix commissions at an auction house- and turned state's evidence-rather than murdered lots of jews.

Arafat needs to learn how to employ non-profit agencies, aka "charities" to fund his brand of terror.

Maybe he can take some classes on America's tax code.
