I take it "Basic Physics For The Complete Idiot" doesn't cover Maxwell's Laws, eh?

Let me give you another shot:
Maxwell developed his laws in the 1860's. It was not until the early 1900's that relativity was developed and changed mechanics. Are Maxwell's Laws still valid under relativity?
