8:08AM Oracle Corp estimates lowered by Goldman (ORCL) 8.55: Goldman Sachs lowers ests for ORCL again due to the slower tone of business shown by other tech companies in the March qtr; cuts FY02 est to $0.38 from $0.40 and FY03 to $0.35 from $0.40 (both below consensus), and lowers Q4 license rev forecast to $1.0 bln from $1.175 bln.
