Here is the most recent list of stocks I did in portfolio view. Each position was for 1000 shares with a buy in date of 5/1/2002 and a transaction cost of 50.00 per buy.

parents do need to take responsibility.

The theory in that case was advanced to find
some way to keep it in court. The reason is
that, absent knowledge of an agent's unfitness,
there is generally no liability to the principal
for a criminal act the agent commits. It's considered
a deviation from the scope of the agency/employment.

Since these folks didn't have enough evidence to
hold the Scouts in on these other theories,
the fall back was the only one left, and it's weak.
