Nice post from the way I see it. The continued insider selling at new lows is one more reminder of the magnitude of stock option grants that persist at technology companies.

Now with the barnyard animals already out of the barn, there are efforts to shut the door and begin expensing options. Another example of destructive, reactive policy. Timing is everything.

I'm fighting the growing sense from multiple directions that the dynamics are going/continuing to go against the equity markets. The bottom line is that confidence is venting like helium out of a pin-pricked balloon.
