I believe Niceguy meant to say the following:

Woody (Northwood - paradigm shift #1) has exceeded all expectations, despite the jeering from the AMDroid choir along the way...Woody has laid the track to AMD losses...It is Itanium (i.e. paradigm shift #2), that provides the "locomotive" for the enterprise to board...
