I've seen this story over and over in SV. Brash CEO won't give up head job for up-and-coming #2. Usually there's nothing more to it than that, but we'll have to wait and see.

It's dress up time for a takeover or merger IMHO. When you see the departure of management coupled with a stock price that is this low, I expect that they will be swooping in to buy back shares, place them in the corporate treasury and come out with an announcement. This is merely speculation and who would be the likely suiter? Well GE, Hitachi, Bull, Who do you think? (that is if you think this is what's happening)
