"the "new economy" relief fund" Ah yes, the new economy -- I remember it well. Naked greed and blind stupidity -- how I miss those days.

--- Sotheby's Brooks Avoids Prison Sentence

Former Sotheby's CEO Diana Brooks was sentenced to six months of home
detention,
1,000 hours of community service and fined $350,000 on
April 29. Brooks pleaded guilty in October 2000 to conspiring to
violate antitrust laws. Brooks agreed to testify against her former
boss, former Sotheby's chairman A. Alfred Taubman, in hopes to escape
a possible three-year prison sentence. Taubman was convicted of
price-fixing last December and was sentenced to one year in prison."

This is terrible for her. You should see her home. LOL.
