que seria,

nothing has changed my long term outlook on BEA. everything I see indicates that they will be the development platform for enterprise web-applications. the fight with IBM is brutal in the trenches and IBM wins some and BEA wins some right now. IBM wins a lot through bundling. the rest of the field is falling backwards. BEA will start separating itself from IBM once companies start to standardize (do you trust IBM to port new versions of webshpere to your old solaris systems?). this is just barely happening now and it will take at least another year. My predicted bottom on BEAS has always been 6 and I think it will get there, but ...

[edit] I am still nowhere near ready to call BEA a gorilla but I still think it is the likely outcome.
