No, I don't think that's necessary. Then again, I don't have first hand knowledge of the technology. I do, however, work with people who are researching it, and they believe it will be a good technology to look out for.

Not on the home PC, if that's what you are alluding to. It's more of an application specific technology. IBM has the right idea in putting it in one of their embedded chips. It would also go well in servers as a third party chip, or even something that's integrated in the chipset.
