It identifies 22 civilians among the Palestinian dead – three times the number Israel is claiming. OTOH, this is clearly not the massacre claimed earlier, and this kind of number indicates that the majority of troops clearly were well-behaved, with probably only a few rogues - which in turn implies that there were orders to follow the rules of war, or alternatively that there was no pressure or 'unofficial official' guidance not to... either way, the Israeli military command is basically exonerated.
