If we do bounce, I'll be shorting in size for the coming washout. Semi's will look particularly good I think. The weekly KLAC going back 3 or 4 years is one scary chart--it has a peculiar setup that opens the possibility for something catastrophic there. Don't know what could hit just KLAC, but the setup is certainly there.

You watch, if we drain some more and the OEX gets back to Monday's low, there is no way the VIX hits Monday's high. A long wants to see some bullish divergences. They ain't there.

QCOM better bounce here at $27. That the top of the tiny consolidation in 1999. Not much support, but it's something.

Next targets would be an outside chance at $21.50 and after that, it's just air down to $16.xx.

Ahhh, $16.xx:

If it can make it there,
through what's only air,
