Not that I would but it is looking like a possibility in the near future isn't it. When things are over-priced people always say things like, "I'll buy that when its X", but if it finally winds its way down there they don't want it anymore. Its hard to get out there and plunk your money down when the risk is the highest and the potential return is also the highest. This is why people trade off for lower returns by paying up for lower risk.
