Many thanks, reaper. Mutlex shows ORCL at 17 times TTM free cash flow, but shows investing and financing activity in the 9 months ended 2/28 at about $3 billion versus $2.1 billion in operating activity over the same time. Maybe some of that was buybacks, which would make the picture a lot brighter.
