Which brings me to a question. Since the USA won the war(revolution?) against England, how come English is still the US language?

Did I say that? I don't think so. Did I say that we shouldn't prosecute the terrorists? I don't think so. I merely expressed an opinion that "military action" might be more accurate than "war."

World War II ended with formal surrenders. The Vietnam War, an undeclared war, ended with two sides at a table and documents signed.

So what will end this "war"?
