At this level, it's a good price for an option on the post PC market. WIND is in a great position to expand with the return of capital spending in the networking and telecom markets. I see it as an good value if one is patient. Perhaps WIND will be a takeover target. Do you think that telecom will never buy new equipment again? (Price/Book (mrq) 1.61 from Yahoo) Further, I expect a near term bounce when the dust has settled similar to MNS a couple of weeks ago. finance.yahoo.com
