Doesn't that strike you as odd, David? It's costing us billions to fight terrorism and GWB and his Republican cronies in Congress want to drastically cut taxes for firms like Enron and Arthur Andersen. Nah. I'm a pay-as-you-go guy. I don't believe in personal credit card debt. I don't believe that we should finance this military action vs. terrorism by cutting taxes and passing on the debt to our children and grandchildren. In the long run, such fiscal irresponsibility weakens the economic resolve of our great nation.
