First mistake was being a Head Start teacher: google.com If she had the $$$ no doubt she would've bought a Toyota. But we can't expect the gummint to ban Hyundais. We're stuck with irrational people. Whether it's right to rip them off further is the question. Why not get into the family planning part? I'd be in favor of a cash bonus to anyone that volunteers to get themselves fixed. And while we're at it, I'd favor rounding up the fathers and forcing some child support, but you're not gonna get much - I'd bet most of them can't legitimately afford a Hyundai, much less a Toyota.
