the big oil connection is that we were ALREADY mindnumbingly(is that a word?) hooked on foreign oil. I suspect you are a part of that problem that got MUCH worse under the clinto regime.

Yesterday's post referencing worldnetdaily.com
made it pretty clear that it does make a difference which brand you buy. It is important not to become cynical or fatalistic when given the opportunity to help. OPEC oil is only 37% of US imports. Carpooling alone would eliminate that entire share.
