Added? Nope, I left for home at ~17:30, that's 12:30 your time - it's as was. Answering the point, if your antagonists aren't armed - legally - it's generally pretty safe to go unarmed yourself. Plus if you're a visible minority member and you brandish a killing tool during a riot, IMHO you'd be more likely to die not less - especially given that you're living in a land where possession of killing equipment is legal absent and until a proven crime... Waving a weapon in front of hated enemies, effectively daring them to hurt you, is NOT a survival tactic.
