stan - reporting rules have changed for FY2002.
Many companies still are reporting FY2001 earnings through the first half of calendar year 2002.
Q2 earnings will show the dammage.
Warnings season starting end of next week.
Greenspeak was yet another PR stunt guiding earnings lower.
Can work, if co's start beating lower lowered estimates. <ng>

FLACK - I knew you could spook me if you tried.

I gather you think that this re-enactment of the French Revolution on the Naz and all that guillotine stuff is just beginning.

I had been checking back on this chart a lot and taking note that the Naz was just dutifully following my trusty new channel - members.rogers.com

With your uplifting comments, now you've got me thinking again about the Big Guy - members.rogers.com

What a flush a move to the very bottom red trendline would be on that puppy.

When I see that the big mutuals have decent payroll checkoff cash flow but not much cash on hand, I get that uh-oh feeling that they can't buy anything here. I hope nobody is counting on price support from them - at best, longs better hope the mutuals don't join in on the liquidation.

Beware small snowballs rolling down hill, they can get big real fast
