About what. Your remark responds to a three page post which covered a lot of territory.

"Everybody knows that for every educated or otherwise qualified public worker, there are ten slouches."

What a ridiculous coment, LOL!! The greatest part of the public service IS!!! in the field of education! :-)

Beyond that...scientific, technical and professional positions represent a major component. As well, administration, science, management, and foreign services are highly represented.

The public service requires advanced competencies and superior education in virtually every field. Your statement that one out of ten people in Government is educated, and the rest are slouches is ridiculous, stupid, and oh so revealing! The stat might refer to a baseball team...not to government workers. LOL!
