1) ANWAR wont' produce for 10 years The oil is there for the taking, in the long term 2) Immediate change in world terrorism can be made by reducing Arab oil purchases. Not by the Administration. They will resist, as will Congress But by American consumers, demanding non-Arab oil gasoline. That will cause the House of Saud to respect the American consumer and taxpayer, instead of those in Texas who bow to them, on our behalf. It may cause the fall of the Saudi dictatorship, if they don't change.
