chin up, It will all come together for you... Your instructor wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't instruct! There is a lot to learn, but it will come together real soon....And I guess it better, or you might hurt someone! Do you have an option with working with other trainers to see if there is someone that you really click with? ps...I keep hearing those same things from my trainer, and I've been at it a year and a half....but, she doesn't call me Rose.. scoot
