Yes. I think it's wrong that you don't have to save receipts.

I assure you mine(receipts) are gone, I'll be selling out the second part of my '98 buy ... soon.

Made me cash poor for a while as I took a goodly hunk of my money out of the market and bought real-estate in central NJ.(And the fiasco of Chompers didn't help any.)

My position is that:

Taxes should be flat.
