Hi Carter, Your in with MOA-v @$ .39 for 25,641 shares. Chart for Mountain Lake Resources, Inc: stockcharts.com[h,a]dacayiay[dc][pc20!b50!f][vc60][iLa12,26,9!Ll14]&pref=G From the chart of MOA we can see the stock tested the support of it's 50MA several times last week and held. A clean break through the support and I would run for the hills on this one as the volume just isn't there right now. The chart indicators are mixed showing no clear direction. No. of shares: 500,000 Price: 32 cents per share Warrants: 500,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants for 500,000 shares Warrant price: 50 cents for a one-year period Placees: Seven placees participated The company must issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly. Note that in certain circumstances, the TSX may later extend the expiry dates of the warrants if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
