Gamma Positive: Someone recently said they thought I was an employee of eSignal, based on the fact that I set up the original eSignal list at egroups (now yahoogroups). I set up the list when I switched from QCharts to eSignal, because there was a QCharts list, but no eSignal list at yahoogroups.

As you know, anyone can set up a yahoogroups list. So because I was listed as the list "owner" at yahoogroups, someone assumed I worked for eSignal. Wrong. Recently, eSignal asked me to sign the list over to them because they wanted to moderate it and expand what they offered on the list. ESignal became the new "owner" of the list, meaning only that they moderate it. "Ownership" doesn't mean "owning" anything, since the list is owned by Yahoo. I didn't work for eSignal when I set up the list, and I wasn't an eSignal employee because I "owned" the esignal@yahoogroups list. Ownership is a misnomer, as you may understand.

I have no idea why I've answered your posts, but those are the facts regarding the esignal list at yahoogroups. I don't recall who it was who thought I worked for eSignal because I'd set up the eSignal list and was the "owner."
