I am certain that is the feeling of the overwhelming majority of the American people - to increase domestic security, and let insane foreign countries, that don't appreciate us, to solve their own problems.

That would be the intelligent response.

Not, however, if your primary interests were financial stakes in oil deals, and defense deals, and to hell with the American people.
