Once it sliced through 50 where everyone wanted to buy, that was it for softy.... That's exactly what I was thinking. Hubby has been saying for 3 months that when softy hit 50, he'd buy. So, I started checking around and seeing everyone who wanted to buy, was looking for 50. Of course, that meant only two things - it would never get close to 50 or it was going a lot lower. -g- I've managed to keep him out so far, telling him it should hit 48. Now I'm thinking it could go to low 40's.
