Regardless whether starting now, or not, it does not address the next 10 years' worth of Terrorist Oil funding. I expect nothing will, except a change in regime.

"Think ahead, time to start is now." It's a drop in the bucket....keep it as another strategic reserve and use the other guys oil. Would you be in favor of just tapping into the oil and letting it there for an emergency? I'll Bush and his oilmen wouldn't go along with that. In my view, the impending invasion of Iraq is for no other reason than to gain control of their oil. Weapons of mass destruction, as a reason, are a smoke screen.
