I'm not really sure. If it was someone shooting at me I would probably not have much time to analyze my fear, my fear in that situation could be considered fear of getting shot, but it would lump together fear or pain, injury ,and death. The cancer would cause less fear in the sense of an adrenaline surge and more dread. The fear would probably be centered on the difficulties and pain but also I would want to live and would be upset that my life would be cut short at less then half of the average length even if I knew that my death would be quick and painless.
