No, conditions aren't any better and you had better get aboard because you're missing a great bull move.

I admit that some stocks are not in bull phases like gold and oil, and it's wise to sell them because they have no fundamental justification for their valuations. None.

An amateur like you doesn't understand the above. You will have to learn the hard way or you will never learn. The lesson is to buy stocks that have attractive fundamentals at times when the crowd is selling. You don't understand this although you think you do. The problem is that you haven't assimilated what you think you know, and that's what makes you an amateur.

One other thing. You think that the way to make money is to buy low and sell high. I buy at a top. That's the only way to succeed.
