no mortgage - no risk capital? Mortage? No. Free and clear. (Except that there really is no such thing any more; the gov't reserves the right to steal your property from you.) Risk capital? Yes. But how does that contradict what I said? Money can be moved back and forth between gov't insured instruments and risk capitl. refusing to allow wealth to be recycled D**n right! If I have anything to say about it, somebody else's wealth will be recycled!
