I agree with you that <<semi-automatic weapons in the hands of psychotic school children.>> is a bad thing. They should pass a law against psychotic children taking guns to school and killing their classmates. That would stop the killings.

Thanks for the explanation. I differ with your conclusions on the irrelevancy argument. The Bill of Rights is never irrelevant and we should fight for every one of them against every foe.
