I still haven't made my wagers, but the odds are pretty interesting.

It looks like Perfect Drift and Saarland are taking a lot of money. I wouldn't be surprised if either won, but I would need more of a price.

I'm leaving off all the imports. Maybe they are great, but I don't know enough to take any of them at these prices.

I think Request for Parole actually ran better than Perfect Drift last time. He battled on the lead and held tough. I guess the odds reflect the 1 1/4, but those odds are high.

Easy Grades is getting no money at all. Again, the 1 1/4 is probably the issue, but I think he has more ability than people think.

War Emblem is a huge price and his chances were improved when Danthebluegrassman scratched. That's one less speed/stalker type in there. This is not the typical profile of a Derby winner, but they are giving him little chance. He did run very well last out.

Medaglia d'Oro is taking a little less money than I thought.

The rest of the betting seems more or less what I expecting.

Lusty Latin is taking more money than I hoped. I wish his odds were longer. I guess they like the fact that's he a closer. He can get a piece.

Bob ..

I felt going in that the 9 was the best animal.

Don't know that the outcome of the race has changed my opinion that greatly.

You had a nice exacta pick there .....
much better than my effort.

I think ----- naaaaaaahhhhhh ----- I KNOW that I need to stick to straight wagering........
but
that large "potential" always lures me into wasting dinero ....
albeit, less and less over the years.... ggggg
