Allan: I would like to confirm the strength ratings with FA. The correlation between sector strength and FA is stronger than the correlation with TA. FSESX is strong because of the war in Middle East and the potential war against Iraq. FSAGX is strong because the weak stock market, weakening US dollar, increasing demand, and Enron-like accounting problems. FSHCX is strong because the health care providers have increased the premium paid by me (and almost all people) and lowered the payments to the hospitals and MDs. Julius
