KT, yes sounds like the shooter can make a self-defense argument even if the force was excessive. you have to know when to quit and a cell phone is good to have. In my area police response time is very fast but in many areas of Texas I suppose your on your own. mike

You haven’t had any fun, until you been chased around by a broker on cocaine. It seems,to me, that many brokers are using cocaine.
